Resolve issues with consumer orders by finding the best solution possible using various software tools such as Oracle Applications (a Java program), Shopify, Mitel Connect, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams,Microsoft Outlook, UPS Tracking, and more. Book and manage orders for government agencies, universities, and other high profile clientele. Complete multiple Excel reports of Shopify orders daily by reviewing which analytical errors need attention in our Oracle Applications database. This includes expediting installation dates for customers’ orders, adjusting shipment methods on orders, and processing orders to be completed faster, boosting our customers’ view of the quality of our customer service. Enhance the customer’s experience by replacing damaged or lost orders, offering refunds when absolutely necessary, and connecting them with different departments of our business when additional help is needed.

Delegated work shifts onto my brothers for our bigger events such as Homecoming in the fall, and our annual stroll (essentially fraternal dancing) competition in the spring. Consolidated our chapter grading process by organizing it all into Google Forms files so that all brothers could check each others' grades. Organized team building exercises as well as closed brotherhood events to maintain strong bonds within our chapter.
