The Natural Media is a company working with scientific and educational communication, providing literature and courses for students, educators and researchers to learn how to better communicate and disseminate information and knowledge. The company also provides image consultancy, photography and filmmaking services for research groups, organizations and companies. Development of sustainable farming operations of a demonstration farm and training facility. Development of theoretical and hands-on training of local people in environmental friendly tilápia semi-intensive green water systems. Planning and execution of farming and production activities. In addition:- Development and implementation of production and training protocols, routines and forms for ponds treatment and green water quality management.- Establishing data collection and handling systems.- Assessment of local technicians' skills and qualification.- Introduction of fish health management systems and implementation of appropriate hygienic standards for pond farming.- Defining needs for import of equipment based on experience from availability and quality of local supplies.- Documentation of grow-out performance, financial and economical analysis.- Overlook and train personnel involved in the grow-out activities.- Planning production cycles, harvest and post-harvest activities.

I have developed and conducted experiments with plants in order to quantify the impacts of CO2 and/or temperature increase on the stomatal- and canopy-level in boreal (Sweden), temperate (Australia) and tropical (Rwanda) plant species.
