Head of Microsoft Dynamics services within Sigma IT Consulting. During the time we delivered services for public sector, global manufacturing companies and in financial services to mention our largest focus areas.

For many years Avega Group had delivered services within the SAP and Oracle domains. At the time there was a growing demand for ERP and CRM related services delivered by Avega Consultants. I was appointed to take lead on this new service line within Avega Group. A great opportunity to build a new service line based an all strong deliveries and methodologies in the Group. Rather soon we were up and running, delivering project management, software and partner selection services and senior technical and application services. A wide spread was seen in our customer base, from large enterprises with global implementations to new born start-ups.

Former SYSteam now Evry did run their business lines in separate companies. I was CEO of the company within Evry Sweden that delivered projects and solutions within Micrsosoft Dynamics AX, CRM and NAV (now Microsoft Dynamics 365). During these years we implemented some of the largest and most complexed solutions in the market for our customers. A lot of time was spent on project management, steering committes, recruiting of consultants and partners.

Started as responsible for Microsoft Dynamics related services in Stockholm. After Logica aquired WM-data I got an assignment as Group Director for Microsoft Dynamics. Main focus in this role was to establish Microsoft Dynamics within Logica Group outside of the Nordics. Including but not limited to Business Development, Training, Sales, Project Delivery, Recruiting and managing global partner relations with Microsoft for Dynamics AX and CRM (now Dynamics 365). In 2010 Logica was choosen by Microsoft as "Global Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the year", a fantastic award for the entire team.

Channel/Partner Manager and Sales Manager for Sweden. Responsible for establishing a partner channel in Sweden for Products now known as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV, AX and CRM). We started with just a few partners in Sweden. During the years to come we recruited more than 60 partners, trained them, agreed and executed on busines plans with all of the partners. We started as beginners in the market and ended up as a well respected and succesful top solution for the Swedish mid market ERP customer delivered via a strong Partner Channel.
