As a teaching assistant for the Research Methods in Psychology course I:Utilized a command of quantitative and qualitative research techniques in psychology to coach students through writing the various sections of an APA research paper. Led individual revision sessions with students to improve their writing in addition to editing their research methodology and assisting in their analysis of data. Collaborated with the lead professor to design elements of the course material and assignments.

Conducted a literature review, processed survey data using SPSS, and synthesized statistical results to explore the differential effects of COVID-19 on the mental health of athletes versus non-athletes. I Cooperated with professors and other lab members to design a research plan; kept up with weekly deliverables and helped lead lab meetings where progress was shared. Condensed findings into a poster where I was the first author and presented it at the 2022 Eastern Psychological Association’s conference in New York.
