I love to write, and I have always been fascinated by the influence the media has on our culture. The sharing and absorbing of information is an important component of being a well-rounded individual, and the media serves a primary role in that equation. Combined with the evolution of the Internet, which I witnessed from its beginning, the way we consume information has changed dramatically. This new era of information delivery, which has morphed the traditional mediums of print, radio and broadcast with online news, provides new opportunities to disseminate information and influence decisions in exciting ways. I consider myself a hybrid of a traditional newsman and the digital age.
