Manage our rush conflict clearance process to ensure any late breaking or time sensitives deals are not hindered by conflicts. Assists in lateral partner conflicts analysis, resolution, and integration. Manage our Client Intake Committee review/approval process, which oversees all of the matters processed by our department.

DBR is a full service law firm providing litigation, regulatory, and business solutions to public and private corporations, multinational Fortune 100 companies and start-ups.Responsibilities include research and analysis to identify potential conflicts of interests. Conducting extensive corporate research analysis with various online databases (Hoovers, D&B, S&P Capital IQ, Experian). Compiling all of this data into easily digestible reports and cover emails. Work directly with attorneys to identify, assess, and resolve potential conflicts of interest.
