My name is Thomas Packard and I am the owner of Packard Construction, Inc. I began my construction career in 1971 where I worked for a local construction company and quickly learned the phases that were involved in residential, multi-family, as well as multi-story projects. I learned a wide variety of construction techniques on these various projects. Through the years, I have honed my skills as a carpenter with different companies. I started my own company in 1985, focusing on residential framing and interior trim work as a sub-contractor. In 1995 I passed the state contractors exam and received my state general contractors license. I have developed my own clientele as well as contracting for developers. My focus over the past few years has been residential and condominium remodeling, additions, and high end trim work.
