Successful transport systems are key to successful cities. I'm passionate about exploring ways to attractively and efficiently move people and goods, by shaping transportation systems that contribute positively to urban life.A highlight has been the planning, delivery, operation and analysis of Transperth's (Australia) high frequency network, including CAT buses, the city's first "SuperBus" (Route 950) and supporting infrastructure. These are Transperth's highest-satisfaction services that have generated up to 49% annual growth and spearheaded behavioural change.I've experienced the transport industry in roles ranging from tourism to customer service, operations and planning over 10 years, allowing an insight to how different aspects can generate positive change over time. Measuring change is important and I get great satisfaction from using data to identify trends and measure the impact of changes to networks. A dynamic transport system is data-driven and my organized and analytical nature drives me to develop new ways to interpret and analyse data to make network decisions.
