Tommy joins Good Day from DarkZero Esports where he served as their Head of Partnerships. In this role, Tommy was integral in commissioning the first-ever esports residency with a resort with Resorts World Las Vegas.Prior to his work in esports, Padula built a successful career in traditional sports with the Madison Square Garden Company, working in business development for the Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty franchises. After his time in New York, he moved west to work with MGM Resorts to bring the WNBA’s San Antonio Stars to Nevada and launching the Las Vegas Aces. Following a successful launch, he transitioned into a corporate partnerships role within the MGM resorts sports and entertainment division.
