Enterprise Gateway Services Supervisor
This supervisor position manages the Enterprise Gateway Services section within the Enterprise Security Operations department. This role involves overseeing administrative and advanced technical work related to the security hardware and software infrastructure for Enterprise security administration, planning, and design. All activities of this position are based on and support the public policy objectives of the Governor's Policy Office, as well as the security and network policies of the Enterprise and Network, Unified Telecommunications and Security Operations Division (NUTSO) in support of the Commonwealth. In this role, technical and administrative management controls the security operations staff and supports firewall management applications, remote access, incident response, and all their associated infrastructure. This position works with Enterprise customers to help them achieve their business objectives while minimizing the risk of information misuse and denial of service.

The Service Delivery Manager, within the Network, Unified Telecommunication and Security Operations division (NUTSO), reports to Service Delivery section chief to provide advisement, direction, design, implementation, and management of products and services in the enterprise network, supporting both agency and external customers.
