Responsible for leading the Major Donor & Foundations Team to achieve established fundraising goals and objectives and ensure Care Net has the resources needed to fulfill its Pro Abundant Life mission. Responsibilities fall into three major categories -- Donor Communication and Cultivation, Employee Management, and Financial Management.

Identify potential clients and Health Coaches and introduce them to our program. Train new clients on the weight-loss phase of the program; work with clients to customize their first order and get established on the tracking system; and provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability as clients pursue their health goals. Teach the Habits of Health System to clients and help them effectively apply the Habits of Health as they move from weight-loss, to transition, to maintenance.

Drove full life cycle recruiting process, using multiple recruiting channels to develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline. Thoroughly assessed candidate capabilities, interests, availability, and salary requirements and effectively match with customer needs. Submitted resumes, facilitated interviews, and finalized placements. Developed and maintained strong customer relationships by accurately assessing customer needs, communicating Kelly processes and hiring procedures, and providing timely follow-up. Rewarded and celebrated outstanding employees and provided counsel as needed. Maintained strong focus on goals and objectives by effectively utilizing technology to manage time and competing priorities. Met financial and activity-based metrics and articulated progress to management during weekly metric review sessions.

Initiate and cultivate partnerships with corporations to fund local and national NFI projects, to sponsor events and special initiatives, and to purchase and utilize NFI's Work-Family Balance Programming products and services.

Promote and raise support for non-profit, one-year residential addictions recovery program by cultivating donor and prospect relationships, coordinating direct mail campaigns, developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing database and writing grants. Spearhead all marketing and PR efforts encompassing promotional videos, website, radio advertising, newsletter, brochures, promotional displays, press releases, media relations, and crisis communications. Manage all facets of special events, including annual banquet, high-value donor dinners, Thanksgiving Dinner, Open House, and Annual Christmas Feast. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop six-member staff and multiple volunteers. Manage vendor relationships. Report to executive staff.

Recruited to promote West Coast company expansion to East Coast through prospecting, account management, sales, and participation in staff recruitment, hiring, training, and development. Recruited and placed up to 20 temporary employees per week.
