I was the key person for the business and external supplier in which SLAs were drawn up and pursued. I followed workshops to develop myself personally and professionally.As a Product Owner I was responsible for prioritizing based on stakeholder wishes, clarifying stakeholders' objectives, keeping track of planning and effective cooperation between the scrum team and stakeholders.
