The healthcare centre has over 20 professions in healthcare. Such as a pharmacy, physiotherapist, general practitioners and a dentist. For the health insurance company as well the healthcare centre, it was important to gauge the measure of satisfaction of the clients. In 2011 I subjected a plan to hold a survey for the general practitioners (in later years it expanded to the pharmacy and the physiotherapists). I was giving the opportunity to conduct this survey and at the end of each year I presented the results to the board of directors of the healthcare centre. Proceedings:• Developing a research plan• Composing a questionnaire in cooperation with the healthcare centre• Processing and analysing the data• Writing the findings and presenting it to the board• Presenting the report to Achmea (health insurance company)

SVU is a volleyball club located at the sport centre at Uilenstede. As treasurer I had the responsibility of keeping all the financial records.Proceedings:• Keeping track of the payments of the members• Making the budget• Keeping the ledgers up to date• Finding sponsors for the club• Compiling an annual report

There is a gap between the youth lacking a good education and the corporates. These youths have a hard time getting a job or internship. Meanwhile, corporates are lacking motivated workers. Foundation Track the Talent believes that this gap can be reduced if the youth can get acquainted with different corporations. In Holland we have plenty of talented young people and enough businesses able to offer them jobs and internships. The trick is to bring into contact with each other. Proceedings:• Responsible for creating the schedules for the groups.• Keeping in touch with and getting feedback from the coaches (of the youths)• Keeping in touch with and getting feedback from the trainers (of the company’s)• Visiting the training sessions and writing an evaluation report.

Easyway chauffeur service is a company that was founded by two students and that has expanded into a versatile company that does more than just private driving. At Easyway all the drivers are students. They meet the customer at an agreed location and drive the customer to their destination in their own vehicle.Proceedings:• Responsible for the transportation of customers• Appearing professional• Between the drives being able to serve the customer

The partnership FaPeBoVe consists of 4 GP’s and 20 employees. The four GP’s are responsible for 10.000 patients. Within this general practise I set up a network to connect all the computers and then became partly responsible for the maintenance.Proceedings:• Creating an network environment • Setting up the computers• Responsible for the software maintenance • Available for the daily ‘troubleshooting’
