Team Lead, Claims
Current- Update and create unit’s policies, procedures and roll out training for 7 employees.
- Review and approve payment of benefits for life, disability, terminal and critical illness claims for Canada.
- Oversee and approve payment of Membership Fraternal benefits for Canada and the USA.
- Complete monthly file control audits and reviews on claims files for Direst Reports.
- Manage, review and attest to monthly, quarterly and annually claims Financial Registers for setting and maintaining reserves and actuarial review.
- Provide supportive leadership, coaching and mentoring to direct reports to assist and direct individual development.
