I am the Business Development Director for Energy Services in McKinstry's Seattle and Portland Offices. I manage a multi-state sales team of experts in delivering Energy Based Retrofits and Consultative Services to the K-12, Higher Education, Municipal and Healthcare marketplaces. For our project work, we largely use the ESPC delivery method, but can deliver projects through a more traditional design build methodology too. Our projects meet critical business needs, while offering energy savings, building performance improvements and innovative financial solutions. One of the most common procurement methods we employ is the performance contract. We provide guaranteed max pricing and guaranteed savings. We work with any customer capital, aggressive utility rebates and custom grants along with innovative financing solutions to mold the projects to accomplish as many of the customer goals as we can for as little upfront cost as possible. Nalco has won several green awards, including 2 EPA Presidential Green Chemistry awards.I served as a Consulting Sales Engineer in the greater Seattle Area. I developed water treatment solutions in the healthcare, commercial office, light industry, and sand and gravel industries. These water treatment solutions involved water and energy savings, ROI calculations, equipment and chemical consulting services.I also provided HVAC solutions including advanced air filtration, coil and tower cleaning solutions and the energy engineering associated with these projects. I also worked on numerous indoor air quality monitoring and remediation projects.
