I've engaged and met in person with executive sponsors, solution champions, and end users across the US, Europe and Asia in all vertical industries. The solutions I've represented have been used in IT, Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution. My employers have had large international customer bases, and sometimes just a handful of early adopters. I've led teams in customer success management, professional services, technical support, and all of the above. I've had to be a "player/manager" at early start ups. I've been based in the US and Europe. I've worked very hard to establish excellent synergistic relationships with Sales & Marketing, Product & Engineering, and Finance & Legal.
