I have spent my entire professional career working with businesses to realize tangible value from software solutions. It's been a wonderful journey. With Supreme BI, I'm currently working with the most enthusiastic and collaborative group of customers that I've ever experienced. I like to think that is because our solution is a great fit, we know their business, and we are willing partner to constantly improve. But I also believe that boating generates a lot of happy people!At Knock, I led a Customer Success team that was instrumental in achieving the highest gross/net retention rates in company history, all while working remotely with minimal travel due to Covid. I grew Apptio's post-sales teams from 3 to over 50 people. I set up the first Customer Success team at SaaS provider LiquidPlanner, and we doubled the revenue of the top 20 customers in 3 years. I established the first team of Siebel Systems implementers in the world while at Accenture. I've rolled out state of the art solutions to UK stock traders, air force schedulers, and distribution center managers. My clients / customers have been global giants and small businesses. I've engaged and met in person with executive sponsors, solution champions, and end users across the US, Europe and Asia in all vertical industries. The solutions I've represented have been used in IT, Sales, Manufacturing and Distribution. My employers have had large international customer bases, and sometimes just a handful of early adopters. I've led teams in customer success management, professional services, technical support, and all of the above. I've had to be a "player/manager" at early start ups. I've been based in the US and Europe. I've worked very hard to establish excellent synergistic relationships with Sales & Marketing, Product & Engineering, and Finance & Legal.
