CurrentPrimary stakeholder for all global digital initiatives in Asia Pacific, responsible for the product development to grow market shares through digital platforms. Manage a team of designers, developers, business analyst, product owners, content producer, data analyst, qa group (most of the team is external). Stakeholders groups includes leadership committee, supporting functions (global marketing, global technology group, legal, credit and legal) and business getters (art departments).Developed from scratch the first real time bidding platform for China, which has become our leading localized platform in terms of bids.Key responsibilities:- Leading digital roadmap in APAC (includes SEA, Korea, Japan, India and Greater China)Product strategy, mainly for client facing applications- Organizing business requirements gathering of APAC needs to input into global strategies (Customer Experience, CRM programs, Content personalization, iOS/web UX, multi language management, information security, integration to global QA and service desk).- Structure a network of supporting partners to develop our projects- Localization of the client experience for global channels, development of specialized experience for APAC only applications- Reporting business metrics for managed platforms- Stakeholders/staff training to ensure business continuity
