We have developed Game of Words for iOS og Android, the first Scrabble-like game where you can play for real cash wagers. Over 250.000 dowloads all over the world, where Russia is our largest market. As the largest shareholder and manager from the beginning, I have had to be involved in almost every process, including: - Planning the app and creating mockups- Market research- Building a team (Vi have had competent developers from the Ukraine since the beginning, as well as other freelancers who have done smaller jobs)- PR and marketing- Analysing trends- Accounting- Customer support- Entering partnerships

Most of my time is spent building and optimizing Google AdWords accounts for 25+ clients of all sizes in a wide variety of industries. I also work with Google Analytics every day. For my smaller clients I also take full responsibility as Project Manager and Account Manager, where I in some cases work closely with my SEO-team. We recently also started using Doubleclick Bid Manager to combine RTB display ads with our search campaigns.Our company works very closely with representatives from Google who ensure that we are always up to date on their latest product releases.

Trippel Trafikk was something I started while doing my Master's degree at BI - Norwegian School of Management. It actually developed into becoming something different than what I originally had planned. I ended up doing performance marketing for my clients.Clients include: - ANSA- Megazone- Landbruksleker.no- SmartekI also did a bit of blogging and videoblogging at the time. I learned a great deal about digital marketing and about getting things done that I had no clue about earlier. Trippel Trafikk was never a full time job, but I figured out what I wanted to work with while I was doing it. The reason I moved on was because it was too difficult to build and scale a business alone with limited resources.
