Part of the global digital and analytics practice and lead of a multi-disciplinary team of 5 responsible for capability building of all pre-partner colleagues worldwide (~6000 colleagues) across Product & Agile, Cloud, DevOps, Analytics/AI and other tech topics. Responsible for design to delivery, including new products launch, continuous improvements and change management.

Worked on a variety of digital-related engagements across industries going from roll-out choices for new ERPs, growth strategies for IT companies, to full-spectrum digital transformations including change management.

Analysed business requirements, wrote technical specifications, coordinated testing and releases for a custom-made software for the quote-to-cash process used by more than 200 laboratories and around 3000 users worldwide. Coordinated and led the discussions on the evolution of the business platform, for a group of cross functional managers representing 15 countries.

Transformed a shell Linux based software for mine planning coming from academic research into a user friendly application interfacing with commercial solutions used by engineering offices working for large mining companies. Created large datasets in MySql, coded libraries in C and C++, algorithms using CPLEX and the visual interface in C#.net.
