As the C.E.O. of Zyxware Technologies, I head the Digital Solutions Business. My principal contribution since joining has been the setting up of a foundation for growth by way of structuring business development, delivery operations, people management and finance function. The organisation has tripled its revenues and employee size as on date, has built a recognised brand in Drupal Services market globally and has a learning oriented, customer first culture internally. My current focus is on building a leadership team that is committed to our values of fairness and honesty and can contribute to building Zyxware Technologies as a high quality digital strategy consulting and implementation organisation.

The Joint Review Mission (JRM), Karnataka was set up to support the Government of Karnataka in developing their Teacher Education System. The JRM reviewed the Teacher Education plans of the state, utilisation of the 12th Plan Central Government Funds for the same and offered consultative support to the government in implementation.

Conceptualised and produced a video documentation of the ICICI Bank engagement with SCERT, Chhattisgarh. Contributed articles to newsletters as part of the advocacy work.
