I have a strong background in both CRM implementation as a consultant and architect. I started my career as a CRM implementation consultant but gradually transitioned my role into focusing more on the actual software development as a product and program manager at Microsoft. After my time at Microsoft I decided to shift my focus back to CRM implementation in close collaboration with customers and end-users. I'm very passionate about Dynamics 365 and the power platform and enjoy the flexibility that comes with the product. While I don't have a technical background I have a passion for software and development. My commercial education mixed with my passion for software makes me a strong link between business and engineers.
