As the Global Migration Program Manager at JPMorganChase & Co., I was responsible for overseeing the technology outsourcing program for JPMC's Corporate Administrative Services (CAS) Group. This program involved outsourcing technology services to IBM and included 628 applications running on 1,700 servers distributed worldwide. The mid-tier infrastructure technologies comprised UNIX, Linux, MS Windows, NT/2000/3000, Sybase and Oracle databases, as well as SAN storage. As part of this role, I established a Project Management Office (PMO), which resulted in the adoption of best practice solutions across JPMC. The scope of this program encompassed a budget of $10 million, a support staff of three Global Program Managers, 22 Project Managers, and technical support staff. The program involved managing 86 simultaneous projects across locations in the US, UK, and Asia. This involved creating an automated process for upgrading PC Operating Systems. I successfully upgraded hundreds of desktops globally from Windows 95 to Windows XP at AXA Insurance in New York City. Throughout this project, I managed a multi-vendor subcontractor team, which included Dell, TCM, and Getronics, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget. In addition to this role, I also served as the Delivery Manager for all CA products and services in the Northeast region, overseeing strategic accounts such as Citigroup, Travelers, and GE.
