As a Junior Geophysicist at DUG I specialize in processing seismic surveys for a variety of clients (mainly major Oil & Gas companies) using their proprietary software DUG insight. I lead weekly meetings with representatives to present results and ensure client satisfaction at every stage, as well as conducting interactive tests to answer any questions that the client may have to ensure transparency and smooth running of the project.- Project Management: I have managed geophysical data processing projects from start to finish, ensuring close adherence to deadlines and client requirements.- Analytical & Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability in solving complex geophysical data challenges using a unique combination of analytical and creative thinking to produce the best product given the information presented, accounting for changes and new information that may arise during a project.- Technical Skills: Proficient and able to quickly learn technical software such as DUG Insight, and highly proficient in general computing skills such as writing custom code & scripts to manipulate datasets.

I mostly work processing Seismic surveys (using DUG insight), working to tight deadlines and having an active role in discussions with clients (mostly representatives of large multinationals) by assessing their needs and how DUG can best meet them. This is a role that requires professionalism and confidence in all situations and excellent presenting skills, as well as the high-level numerical reasoning, analytic and IT (including coding) skills needed to process seismic datasets.
