Monitor employment, equipment, unit rotations, and structure to ensure the Global Combatant Commander is receiving the correct force composition and the Marine Corps is fulfilling Title X responsibilities for CDRUSCENTCOM.

As a Combat Engineer Officer, served primarily in the Operations sections as either a Deputy Operations Officer or as the Operations Officer. Possess a strong background in growing cohesive units. Thrives on coordinating complex projects and collaborating with local communities, especially in foreign lands, and building lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with civilian neighbors and allied nations. Experience surveying, designing and building a wide variety of civic projects as well as leading military construction teams and contracting support in austere environments. Projects managed range in scale from single structures (~$150k) to industrial complexes and multi-family residences ($1.2-$3.5 million per structure).Generated realistic exercise scenarios across the US, SE Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Scripted Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects and evaluated participant performance (units and staffs). Validated units prepared for deployments.
