I was working as a waiter where i had to use a variety of skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving etc. I had to deal with learning all new skills in a short period and giving my best service to customers. I have taken initiative in doing tasks such as doing the parts of the close-down list without being asked to do so.

Working with a lot of children all over the country, teaching them many life skills along the way whilst making sure they stay engaged and had fun whilst learning these skills. My job was to inspire and motivate children in doing teamworking tasks whilst maybe installing a bit of healthy competition. I have managed to get children who are not engaged at all to be engaged and convince them into doing the tasks and making sure they are having fun and learning along the way.

I was a youth football referee, I had to deal with people's competitive spirit and handle them in the right way to not spoil the game. I learnt a lot of emotional intelligence in this role in how to deal with others emotions and how they feel at that present moment. I had referee in an academy tournament at Vicarage Road, Watford FC stadium.
