I am responsible for all aspects of the day to day IT operations. This includes server, desktop and laptop computers, printers and network equipment. Some of my accomplishments since starting this position are designed, built and deployed Server 2012 which houses the domain controller. This server also acts as the file/print server and houses the time management software. I have deployed Server 2008 as a WSUS server. I have imaged and deployed approximately seventy desktop and laptop computers as well as instituting proper AD credentialing for all company employees. Assisted in design and deployment of Voice over IP. I have also researched options and deployed a digital fax service and setup DVR surveillance systems.

Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting user requests and issues that arrive by email, instant message, external websites and direct contact in a timely fashion. I have consistently received positive feedback from customers on my knowledge and skill in resolving user requests. I have consistently reached goals of maintaining work records in the ticketing system Jira. Create new processes and procedures and document and maintain documentation in Confluence. Conduct daily checklist items on time and correctly. Work with different departments to resolve various user requests such as reports, program updates and equipment purchases. Arrange, track and facilitate transportation for military personnel and cargo operating in, out and within Afghanistan using various websites and applications for setting up and tracking flights and passengers.

Supervised up to 30 personnel to support the US military with uploading and downloading of military and civilian aircraft to include processing and building of cargo for these missions. Write reports and performance evaluations on personnel.

Support US military personnel with passenger service, cargo processing and ground transport of cargo and passeners in Iraq. Supervised up to 15 personnel in my department, wrote reports which were submitted daily, weekly and monthly.
