Current2023-Present: Industrial Group, St. Paul, MNI lead an enterprise initiative in supporting the business growth trajectory of the Industrial Group in North America.2021-2023: Institutional Division, St. Paul, MNI led a team of human resource business partners to support the business growth trajectory of the Institutional division ($2B sales) in North America. We supported 3,000+ associates serving our customers in the foodservice and hospitality industries through meaningful talent strategies and excellent HR service delivery.2019-2021: Nalco Water Paper Division, Naperville, ILI offered HR counsel and guidance to 850+ associates and managers within the Global Paper division ($900M sales) in 35 countries. I translated the key business issues into human resource strategies and action plans to enable growth and support our ability to attract, develop and retain talent.2018-2019: Nalco Water Light Industries, Naperville, ILI delivered day-to-day and strategic consultation to the North America Light Industries division ($600M sales) serving as the primary contact for 1,000+ associates and managers. I deepened my passion for talent and implemented a talent process to steward talent as an enterprise asset.2016-2018: Global HR Solutions, St. Paul, MNI supported multiple global Workday HCM deployments with business readiness activity; U.S. Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management, Performance Planning + Development, Contingent Workers and Recruiting. I led change management efforts in our matrix environment and took complex undefined approaches and clarified into clearly defined processes.2013-2016: Equipment Care Division, St. Paul, MNI provided core HR service delivery to 500+ associates and managers across the U.S. Equipment Care division ($150M sales) including but not limited to; performance management, employee moves, salary planning and the performance planning and development process.
