I'm a passionate and results-driven professional based in Charlotte, North Carolina. My journey has been shaped by a deep passion for finance, specifically in regards to invesment management. As a recent graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with minors in Economics and Information Technology, achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.81. During my time at the university, I had the honor of serving as a University Marshal and making it to the Chancellor's List from 2017 to 2021.At present, I am thrilled to be a part of The Vanguard Group in Charlotte, where I hold the role of High Net Worth Client Case Representative, Senior Associate since February 2022. My responsibilities include skillfully managing a book of business comprising 12-15 clients. My expertise in time management allows me to provide effective and efficient service tailored to each client's needs. I have diligently studied the probate process, enabling me to guide clients through complicated change of ownership scenarios, such as trust accounts, foreign beneficiaries, incapacitated beneficiaries, and divorce cases.My passion for data analytics and problem-solving has led me to collaborate with business partners to analyze call transfer data and reduce the most common misroutes. I proficiently utilize macros and pivot charts to visualize and draw insights from substantial data sets. By leading problem-solving efforts, I actively contribute to eliminating waste and maximizing cost savings for the company.In addition to my academic achievements and work experiences, I am proud to hold licenses and qualifications, including Series 7, Series 63, and having successfully passed the CFA Level 1 exam.
