I specialize in project management and environmental permitting for electric, gas, and renewable energy projects, stormwater and erosion control management projects, wetland delineations, and environmental site assessments and due diligence support. Professional highlights include leading technical review and environmental permitting for multi-million-dollar linear pipeline and related gas compressor station projects; providing permitting support for commercial solar and wind development projects; combined cycle natural gas energy facilities; and remediation projects including manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites. Current responsibilities include environmental impact analyses, federal and state agency consultation and permitting for ecological and wetland resources, and state (PSC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) certificate approvals. I also provide and support construction monitoring and environmental and stormwater oversight of miles-long natural gas pipeline installations, replacements, and at numerous compressor station construction sites. Past responsibilities have included soil and groundwater sampling and data interpretation, groundwater monitoring well installation, geotechnical investigation support, and soil and rock identification. I have led Phase I investigations throughout the northeast for residential, commercial, manufacturing, and undeveloped properties. I also have my CPESC certification (Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control) and I am responsible for creating Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and providing corresponding field oversight of stormwater control installation and monitoring for pipeline and other utility construction work.

Intern at the PPL Lake Wallenpaupack Shoreline Management Office. Responsibilities included inspections of the shoreline by boat and by land, permitting, water sampling, and assisting in lake cleanup efforts.

• Worked to improve the health, safety, and environmental programs such as ISO 14001. Assisted in identifying and remedying various workplace ergonomic and safety concerns.• Designed and performed industrial hygiene surveys for two separate facilities.
