-Interface with the practices to ensure that information resources are properly and consistently protected, regardless of their location,form or supporting technologies.-Analyze report on and and provide recommendations to the CISO for improved security and growth of the IT security infrastructure and systems at the Physician practices, including the need to re-evaluate existing controls due to changes.-Conduct annual security and risk assessments at the physician practices, either internally or through a third-party firm, that will meet the needs of our CHSLI policies, HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements.-Work with practices to define business needs and make certain new technology solutions maintain appropriate levels of security and compliance.-Support incident investigations and standardize procedures to meet litigation requirements. FairWarning Project Lead-Lead meetings to design data structure and bring on necessary team members to help build FairWarning.-Advised team members on proper scripts required to send data to FairWarning appliance.-Configured scripts to run nightly and populate FairWarning box with Authoritative and PHI data.-Run daily reports and send to Privacy officers for review of potential breaches.-Presented FairWarning to executive stakeholders and trained on how to run and build customized reports.-FairWarning is successfully implemented.
