I answered the phone and helped answer customer's questions and set leads for free in home estimates and also set service calls for customers who have had one of the few issues possible with their windows.I made labor packets as they are called so the installers know what windows to take and install to be prepared. I helped with customers who come to the showroom and try to answer and give them detail to as many of their questions and concerns as possible, while showing the product.Whenever my manager asked for help or assistance in the office I also provided that to the best of my abilities.
