A RevGen colleague and I successfully tackled what had been a challenging project for others, introducing a balanced, 'Fortune 500' caliber approach. We focused on building sustainable, maintainable solutions with longevity in mind—designed for ease of transition and adaptability, key elements for scalable enterprise operations. This approach resonated with WheelPros, leading to our involvement in approximately 17 projects, some with multiple SOWs, contributing to an estimated $10 million in revenue for RevGen over two years. This transformative impact led the WheelPros CEO to personally recommend RevGen to their investors at the annual meeting, underscoring the strategic foresight and operational excellence we brought to their organization.- Built a Salesforce/Klaviyo contact sync for approximately 100K contacts using AWS (CloudFormation, Lambda (Node.js), SQS, SNS, SSM, KMS, AWS CI/CD, etc.).- Supported in the maintenance/monitoring and improvement of various backend systems on AWS- Ensured a successful transition from legacy reporting tools to a robust Tableau Server environment (on Linux - CentOS 7, 3 node cluster)

Richardson Consulting Group + Various End ClientsBackground/Summary:In June 2021, Richardson Consulting Group enlisted my expertise for a pivotal project with General Mills. This collaboration marked the beginning of an ongoing relationship, during which I've contributed to a series of successful initiatives for esteemed clients such as General Mills and Cargill. My role has encompassed everything from comprehensive project execution to conducting in-depth analyses and scoping potential future engagements. General Mills Survey Generator:Architected and developed a comprehensive questionnaire generator, enabling dynamic survey creation and management. This tool significantly streamlined the process for gathering insights across various departments. It also contained an admin analytics portal, providing real-time data visualization and insights into questionnaire responses, enhancing decision-making and strategic planning for General Mills.- Frontend: Implemented a user-friendly interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a seamless and interactive experience.- Backend: Developed robust backend architecture using .NET to handle data processing, storage, and analytics efficiently.Web Redesign and Updates:- General Mills: Updated and optimized web pages to improve user engagement, and accessibility. Implemented new features and content management solutions to allow for easier updates and maintenance by the General Mills team.- Cargill: Undertook a complete overhaul of existing web pages to improve user experience, incorporate the latest design trends, and ensure responsive design across devices. Enhanced navigation and content layout to better reflect Cargill's brand and values. Added support for multiple languages/regions.

Fire Support Specialist, May 2009 – Mar 2011 * Operate and maintain all of the Combat Observation Lasing Team (COLT) equipment, as well as the COLT vehicle. * Learn the responsibilities of supervisor as well as anything else that enhances battlefield capability.COLT Team Sergeant, Apr 2011 – Apr 2012 * Manage three member COLT team. * Financially responsible for over one million dollars worth of team equipment. * Lead and train subordinates in their duties to enhance team effectiveness.Forward Observer, May 2012 – Aug 2013 * Thoroughly understand company mission to maximize the integration of all fire support assets; IDF (mortars and artillery), rotary wing, fixed wing, and naval gunfire. * Advise platoon leader on capabilities and restrictions of all assets in respect to all potential courses of action. * Perform duties as a JFO qualified observer. (Essentially a way for commanders to be more confident in their observers' abilities. Approximately one tenth of FOs are JFOs.)
