A native of Kansas, graduate from the University of Georgia (B.S. Psychology) and veteran of the Iditarod, the 1049-mile dog sled race in Alaska, I am comfortable with challenges and change. Following the completion of the three-year long Iditarod adventure I entered the Master’s program in International Relations program at the University of Tartu, in Tartu, Estonia. Following a “semester abroad” in Bratislava, Slovakia I returned to Tartu to complete my thesis on “The impact of the management teams international experience on the ability of small and medium companies to internationalize.” Following the acceptance of my thesis I began my career as a Project Manager. I am residing in Knik, AK working with the amazing Indeavor team (Madison, WI) as the Director of Implementation offering Workforce Management Solutions via our People Operations Platform globally to a wide variety of industries.
