I lead the Business Unit Germany West, covering the metropolitan areas Rhine-Ruhr and Rhineland. My team is also responsible for CGI’s entire business in the Space&Defence sector in Germany and for the Public sector in North and West Germany. Our team serves numerous clients exploiting the potential of digital transformation across a number of sectors such as Telco, Space, Defence, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public, Transport & Logistics. One of the largest global IT and business process services providers in the world, CGI delivers high-end business consulting, systems integration, digital IP solutions, and transformational outsourcing from hundreds of locations across the globe. I joined CGI in 1995 and am now responsible for the strategic development of my Business Unit. My favourite topic is the progressive digitization so I’m dealing a lot with new digital business models, the constantly changing customer experience expectations across all touchpoints and its impact on organizations/people, processes and technologies.
