I am the Professor of Organisational Sociology & Leadership at the University of Cambridge, where I am affiliated both to the Judge Business School, and King's College, where I hold a fellowship. I research, teach and consult on issues of #leadership #strategy, the future of work, human capital, mental health, organisational culture and change, and uncertainty management. Over the last decade, I have worked for a number of organisations in both the for-profit and public sectors, and government ministries in the UK.My work and commentaries have been featured regularly in various media outlets including the Financial Times, the Guardian, Bloomberg, the Telegraph, the Economist, the Washington Post and Le Monde. I write a column for Forbes.
