I am also skilled at growing business by increasing sales, and profitability through the proactive management of clients, while providing exceptional technical based customer service throughout the entirety of the sales cycle from pre-sales education to post-sales support.Over the span of my career, I have developed and improved hundreds of products in the areas of water treatment for various industries, polymers, upstream oil field chemistries, green chemistry, stimulation, chemical enhanced oil recovery and completion chemicals. I have developed and expanded sales in addition to providing technical sales assistance to numerous sales professionals. I have had the privilege to mentor numerous technical and sales professionals under my lead. I have built trusting professional relationships through integrity, by delivering on my word and treating people with respect.My effective approach to organizing, understanding and presenting information ensures that I deliver results in a time sensitive manner while my flexibility gives me the ability to tackle unexpected developments as they arise.
