As a portfolio manager, my role is to initiate strategic discussions together with Clients’ management teams in order to determine how could ING best support their long term ambitions as well as their daily operations, leveraging on a wide range of advices and services going from cash management and leveraged finance, to hedging techniques.

The ING ALF-team is responsible for the origination, structuring and negotiation of acquisition financing solutions for cash-flow based acquisition and leveraged buy-out transactions in Belgium and Luxembourg. ALF clients mainly consist of private equity firms investing in Belgian and Luxembourg Corporate and Midcorporate companies.
