eleven is the first ever strategy consulting firm specifically founded to address the challenges of the digital revolution. During my two years there, I had the chance to work for several French and European corporate clients, as well as for a number of leading private equity firms (Eurazeo, Vitruvian Partners, Keensight Capital, Qualium, Sparring Capital, Alpha Private Equity...)My main assignments included:• Digital strategy plan and roadmap for a large institutional player in France (professional association with 20,000+ members)• Digital strategy plan and ideation roadmap for an aircraft manufacturer• Vendor Due Diligence (primary LBO) on New Immo Group (SAFTI and megAgence)• Vendor Due Diligence for Sparring Capital (bank refinancing of an asset in the real estate sector)• Buyer Due Diligence on Datawords Group for Keensight Capital )• Buyer Due Diligence on Dental Monitoring for Vitruvian Partners (45m€ investment)• Buyer Due Diligence for Eurazeo PME (regarding a confidential B2B services provider)

With 8,000 users, Komo is the first chatbot in France that helps you to learn new things. Thanks to Komo, it becomes easy to gian knowledge: one question per day, directly on Messenger !Shut down in February 2020 due to new terms of use enforced by Facebook Messenger.

Simplicity develops and sells digital chatbots which acts as mobile concierges for hostels and hotels.

Helping the Africa Business Development Director (16 countries, €100M turnover) to:- Answer to tenders: elaborating Business Plans and commercial offers,- Negotiate with authorities for targeted countries,- Roll out operational projects: participating in contract drafting and planning of installations,- Prepare presentations and pitches for the top management of potential clients, and for public authorities in targeted markets (mayors, presidents, airport authorities…)

- Carried out analysis and made recommendations about the merchandizing strategy of Gillette France (2 brands, €400M annual sales)- Analyzed the performances of current innovations and prepared the sales tools for 2016.
