2018 - 2019:• Global Acquisition Integration Lead for the integration of CENTA GmbH into Rexnord. CENTA is a global leader in the design and manufacture of flexible couplings located in Haan, Germany with an annualized sales of €120M and ‘300’ global employees.• The integration efforts have led to a double digit increase in EBITDA within ‘10’ months of close of the deal.• Leading the Lean Transformation of the Haan facility. This has delivered operational efficiency improvements that enabled significant additional incremental core sales with no increase in direct labor and a significant reduction in OH.• Led numerous kaizens to facilitate the lean transformation of the Haan facility. This involved designing and setting up value streams by core customers, shortening the supply chain lead times and improving OTD. These activities led to a reduction of €3.5M in production backlog in a ‘10’ month timeframe.• Deployed RBS Leadership Training and Lean Transformation Training to CENTA leadership to support the operational transformation.• Led 3P events to design the future foot print of Haan operations with significant optimization in floor space to support future expansion of manufacturing capability.2017 - 2018:• Led the Corp. RBS - Operations team to achieve hard savings targets in Global Operations and increase organizational RBS maturity.• Championed the deployment of Shingijitsu Kaizen events across the global Rexnord organization with a total of '7' events yielding over $5M in annualized hard savings• Rolled out the virtual RBS training as a standard part of all employee course curriculum to increase the reach of RBS across Rexnord • Trained and certified over '50' YB candidates resulting in savings of $1M• Conducted RBS Summits to support engagement of the global RBS community and increase participation in the Corp. RBS Strategy

2016-2017:• Acquisition Integration Leader for the Rexnord acquisition of Cambridge Engineered Solutions (CES), the global leader in metal belting with an annualized sales of $85M and 250 global employees.• Led commercial and non-commercial integration activities for all functional areas (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT) to enable functional alignment of the organization within 9 months of the acquisition (3 months ahead of schedule). This led to an overall significant year-over-year Sales and EBITDA growth.• Transitioned the CES leadership team into the Rexnord Strategy Deployment and Business Process management processes within 3 months of the acquisition with standardized operational and synergy metrics. This played a significant part in helping obtain the growth targets listed above.• Led '10' kaizen events within a '6' month timeframe to achieve $2M in operational synergy hard cost savings that directly led to EBITDA growth.• Worked directly with C-suite executives to manage the acquisition performance to the BOD business case.2015-2016:• Developed the deployed the RBS global strategy to improve RBS engagement and performance across the organization.• Created '5' Centers of Excellence globally which resulted in a 50% increase in RBS maturity for the participants of the COE events within 90 days of attendance.• Designed and implemented methods for online training content creation and deployment that resulted in over $0.6M in annualized savings and enabled the content to have RBS centric messaging.• Developed and rolled out the RBS101 training for all frontline associates across the organization.• Led a 3P kaizen event in the Czech Republic resulting in over 27% reduction in floor space utilization, 65% of wasted travel and 10% reduction in inventory• Developed and globally deployed the Six Sigma YB program which formed the basis of Foundational Problem Solving capabilities across the organization.

• Lead the HDI Six Sigma program that has delivered cost savings of over $58M to the organization with the training and certification of over 12% of the workforce within HDI.• Developed a ‘3’ year strategy for HDI CI, with a strong data driven approach, to support increasing the organizations maturity to Phases 3 and 4 in the CI journey.• Responsible for the global deployment of the HDI Six Sigma and HDI PMM programs within HDI. This strategy grew the CI course offerings from ‘2’ to ‘26’, enabled all parts of the organization to grow their CI maturity and support the key strategic pillar.• Significant experience in strategically developing and deploying in-house developed online CI training to grow the reach of CI training to global markets and remote employees. This resulted in an overall savings of over $0.5M.• Developed and deployed the HDI Yellow Belt Certification Program which resulted in ‘155%’ increase the number of certified projects being completed in a ‘2’ year period compared to the ‘5’ years before.
