I act as first line of communication, inspection, reporting, emergency response, and problem solver for each client, asset, and tenant, serving each party with the best management service possible by strategic planning, diligent listening, collaborating, and careful vendor contracting.

As Marketing Coordinator at Pawleys Front Porch I created new promotions, outreach, and continued the excellence that Pawleys creates each and ever day. Throughout the summer, keeping sales consistent without the University of S.C. market was my main task. Working with advertisement groups and offering promotions and giveaways I found a consistent market over the summer, one that I believe continued to return to Pawleys every time they craved a burger.Since school is back in session I have been working with an outside marketing firm, Big Eyed Bird, to help update our logo, and revive our brand image. Along with that I create events, plan percent nights to give back to local chapters, and am planning a fall Food Truck - Beer Festival.

During freshman year, I operated receptionist duties in the Legislative Services Agency; working as first line of communication and dispatched IT engineers. I also filed amendments, orders, incoming mail. Sophomore Year, I managed The House Floor, allowing the Speaker, Representatives, Senators, and Clerks to preform their jobs efficiently. Junior year, I organized and distributed documents and articles for the Agriculture Committee, directly working with other offices, the general public, and the committee members. I also helped publish and create the calendar for our committee, planned luncheons, organized and helped make committee meetings and hearing more efficient.

My tasks include running files to the courthouse and post office, taking deposits to the bank, and organizing rooms with old cases, storage units, and other simple office management tasks. I occasionally worked the front desk operating Microsoft Excel and Outlook. I would manage the office faxes, E-mails, office calendars, and reminders.

After freshman year I was lucky enough to join Radiate Technologies as their Social Media Marketing and Advertising intern. The focus of this internship was to develop a new marketing strategy for Radiate IT. Through advertisement and social media Radiate IT now has a stronger, more dynamic opportunity to reach new and current customers. I helped create and co-managed the social media team which developed the Facebook and Google pages, empowering b-to-b and b-to-c interaction and relationship expansion. I collaborated with other interns to generate Radiate IT’s “Big Move,” a media infomercial showing the new improved headquarters for Radiate Technologies.
