About Tom Schweizer

Growth is an essential part of life. Helping to channel, guide, and encourage growth is central to who I am as a person as I live or conduct my life.I work for Cisco, leading our leaders and their technical solutions architects in US Public Sector Collaboration. In partnership with our clients, I lead teams to find inclusive solutions to focus, streamline, and enhance communication for those who protect, serve and educate our citizens. When facing a client’s biggest problems, I‘m a technologist and problem solver at heart. I love to break out a whiteboard, collaborate and facilitate a discussion, and sketch a framework with four boxes: technology, organization, people, and finally, process/policy. Our work is about moving with purpose. When we consider our clients’ needs, we collaborate around data-driven decisions to cultivate innovative solutions and provide insights that light the path forward.
