I worked together with a team of 3 Account Executives. We promoted and sold Group Business and IBT for Mystic Lake. When I was at Mystic Lake we had 586 guest rooms and over 63,000 square feet of meeting space. In addition to being the Group Sales Manager for 13 years, I also managed the Mystic Lake Call Center for five years in addition to my duties as Group Sales Manager.

Based in International Market Square in Minneapolis, Atrium catering was an upscale onsite and offsite caterer. I Directed the Sales team and Marketing efforts for Atrium.

Responsible for the overall property, including customer satisfaction, and meeting GHP Goals.

The Minneapolis Athletic Club was a private club in downtown Minneapolis. The Club was open to the public for group meetings and events and the Club/s Hotel was also available for Group business and Individual Business Travelers. I Directed the Group Sales and Catering team for the MAC, and I served on the House Committee.
