• Contract Engineer: Construction oversight for the site general contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provided real-time observations of day-to-day construction operations. • On Contract: Lead a team of management consultants conducting organizational and operational assessments in support of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's 95003 Plant Recovery Process at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Power Generating Station.• Assess plant processes for quality and compliance to applicable industry, industrial, and regulatory standards and procedures.• Author, edit, and present reports advising senior company management of plant status and the results of the assessments. These findings and observations form the basis from which improvement plans are developed.

Oconee Nuclear Station, Seneca, Sc

• On Contract: Conduct operational process assessments and provide nuclear quality assurance oversight (NQA) for the $700 million Tornado/High Energy Line Break (T/HELB) Plant Infrastructure Safety Upgrade Construction Project. • Assess the nuclear safety, personnel safety, risk identification, supplier quality, and organizational process quality of the plant operations, construction contractors, and design contractors for the T/HELB project.• Assess nuclear plant functional areas such as Major Construction and Engineering Upgrade Projects, Operations, Maintenance, Work Control, Chemistry, and Radiation Protection. • Analyze data from assessments, observations, and process metrics; Report the results of the analyses and provide insight to the senior plant management for an evaluation of organizational health, effectiveness, trends, and the development of corrective actions.
