As head of training responsible for planning and coordinating all the regiments education and training activities, its support to external units - like Telemark battalion and 6. Division - and the regiment's budget concerning these activities.

2nd in command in "Utdanningsavdelingen" at the Medical Regiment. The unit consisted of The Offisers Candidate School, a Medical Company and a Cource Educational Unit. 2nd in command was head of a staff of 3 doctores, 2 medical nurces and two offisers. Operational, planning and budget respinsibilities.
