I am currently responsible for strategic IT organisational development roadmaps in addition to large scale global product deployments. I am responsible for scoping, leading, tracking and reporting on infrastructure initiatives across hundreds of global locations and providing status updates to senior stakeholders

Responsible for managing two Global IT Portfolios of work. I have to co-ordinate with stakeholders in Europe, North America, India, Japan and China continuously to deliver new site launches and change projects. I provide overall strategic direction within the portfolios helping to prioritize, resource, fund and execute plans to meet business goals. In addition to project based work I am also responsible for defining global standards, IT procurement, budget management, IT tenders and reporting on over portfolio health to senior business leaders. In 2017 my portfolios will account for more 70 new site launches around the world.

As an IT Infrastructure Program Manager I was responsible for planning and delivering a program of new site openings within the UK. In this role I have to plan and oversee the delivery of all projects within my program co-ordinating resource, procurement and budget to deliver to schedule and meet the needs of the business. For these projects I was the senior point of escalation and regularly had to think outside of the box to deliver against strict challenging timelines. As well as being accountable for project delivery I also had to manage risks, stakeholders, supply chain and budgets. In 2016 my program of works launched 29 new sites to the UK over a 6 month period increasing the capacity of Amazons UK delivery network by 100%.

Stadia Solutions is one of the biggest in-stadia media owners in Europe with an asset base designed to maximise fan engagement in a connected venue. In this role I was responsible for managing existing technology platforms, project managing upgrades, managing the deployment of new solutions, creating specifications and requests for quotations, managing supplier delivery and customer programme management. In addition to this I manage the strategic direction of products and continual development of the customer experience. Solutions include large format LED, digital posters, stadium TV networks, high density WiFi and mobile applications.

In this fast paced role I was responsible for the planning, delivery, operations and reinstatement of technology at Leicester City Football Club for the 2015 Rugby World Cup. I had to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, suppliers and partners to deliver effectively within short fixed deadlines. During planning and delivery I had to scope and manage installations in line with the venue teams requirements whilst always being mindful of budget constraints, space limitations and risks. During operational periods I was the senior point of contact for technology at the venue, leading the service desk operations and personally managing any critical incidents through to resolution. My responsibilities included network infrastructure (fixed and wireless), audio video, mobile infrastructure, radio infrastructure, radio frequency management and end user equipment.

I was the technology project manager during the planning, delivery, operations and reinstatement of the Baku Aquatics Centre for the 2015 European Games. I worked with many stakeholders, contractors and partners to scope and deliver the requirements on technology to operate the venue effectively. During this role I had to use advanced risk management and make critical deployment decisions to adapt to slipping venue build schedules and shrinking installation timelines.

In this role I am involved in scoping, designing, implementing and testing technology solutions to solve the business needs of clients at various locations in the UK. My current responsibility is the third line support and maintenance of workplace management systems and I am a certified TRIRIGA applications developer. In this fast paced client-facing role I need to use advanced problem solving abilities to manage the resolution of production incidents inline with contractual obligations. Additionally I am involved in the scoping and delivery of new functionality and regularly collaborate with the global TRIRIGA community. Since joining IBM I have been able to familiarise myself with IBM products and services in addition to gaining an understanding of the infrastructure required to support them.

This role involved me working alongside and regularly deputizing for the Venue Technology Manager. Together we lead the overall project management and delivery of the technology systems required to support the operation of the North Greenwich Arena throughout the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games. During the planning and delivery phase I supported the technology venue planning for the Visa International Gymnastics and the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. During the operational phases I acted as one of the senior points of contact within the venue for escalation and resolution of technology related issues in close cooperation with the Venue Management team, Technology Partners, Technology contractors, the Technology Operation Centre and other venue stakeholders. My responsibilities involved Information Technology, Telecoms, results and audio/video components just to name a few.
