I then conducted a comprehensive needs analysis for over 3000 managers and employees, developed an integrated learning management system, and authored new training, budgetary and administrative processes. The consolidation project was a huge success and resulted in annual savings of more than $295,000.00.Also created an extensive “Corporate University” to host classroom instruction, virtual and self-paced learning, and multimedia job aids and resources. This included establishing RFP’s to consolidate multiple e-learning contracts. The resulting combined contract extended learning access to 760 new users, increased utilization by 41%, and saved over $25,000.00 in additional licensing costs.Upon completion, the university and e-learning portal offered 2200 instructor led training and self paced learning courses to choose from and averaged more than 4200 hours of professional development and e-learning hours annually. -
