Appearing as advocate in matters in the Supreme Court, the District Court, Local Court, Parole Authority, and other courts and tribunals.

Conducted prosecutions in the Commercial, Financial and Corruption workgroup. Prosecuting companies and company directors for breaches of the Corporations Act, other ASIC prosecutions, ACCC prosecutions, bankruptcy matters, major tax prosecutions, and related matters.

Advocacy on behalf of the Crown as a prosecutor, including appeals in the District Court, hearings and other applications in the Local Court, and bail and other applications in the Supreme Court.

Co-ordination, in conjunction with the Vice-Chair and Secretary of the Committee, all the projects and work of the Committee, including submissions to Parliament and other bodies, policy work, and community work.
