You need to think end-to-end to launch it successfully and monitor it closely to keep the solution on track while it is running. ➤ ML and AI systems require deep technical oversight as well as a resilient cost estimation that covers the investments and running costs of the technology stack and team that needs to handle the system. ➤ Throughout my work, I constantly handle risks and complexity associated with challenging analytical tasks, new technologies, and software architectures.𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠➤ I had the most success with projects / initiatives where I could build a stable team that is open to new technologies and procedures and which constantly challenges the status quo.➤ Building customer-facing solutions is different from a research department; there is often no time and money to try all options. ➤ I devote a significant amount of time to the latest research and technologies. This allows me to apply strategies, techniques, and technologies that will lead to success given some tough deadlines. More importantly, I always get hands-on experience with new technologies to understand their advantages, pitfalls, maturity, and cost effects.𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲➤ Data science and machine learning teams need experienced team members that build technology leadership. I share my analytical and technology knowledge usually via documented blueprints, hands-on guidance, and team programming.➤ Several of my solutions utilized cloud-based services that offer great flexibility. However, cloud environments have their own challenges when it comes to cost optimization and regulatory side effects. Therefore, I devote a substantial amount of my time to finding the right technology stack as it is a key success factor for the whole team.𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝➤ I have successfully built and launched different internal and customer-facing solutions throughout my previous work. These projects included good planning as well as a full understanding of the data, the processes that generate or use the data, the systems involved, and the technical architecture of the solution.
