Directing 2 teams (in a program of 6), continuing the modern-stack project started in 2019 to bring M&T banking technologies out of an old, difficult to sustain environment, and into a scalable, rapid-release solution.

Development Lead, Team Leader and originator of an Agile-run project to bring legacy employee services into a modern stack. Angular/RXJS front-end development driven, with a .NET Core micro-service back-end, hosted either in OpenShift / Windows. Source code is controlled using Git, with pipeline deployments into development, testing and production.I have also taken on a highly active role in collaborative development and design, mentoring and management of younger devs, and program-level presentations and decision making, with the eventuality of becoming a program lead and/or manager.Also functioned in the application owner / support role, organizing software updates and new solutions when they present themselves. Full stack development and support in the Microsoft / .Net / SQL realm. Coordinating with other teams to perform patching and changes. Have also functioned as team-lead on development projects, running under an Agile-lite flow.

Contract developer position through Globalquest at M&T Bank, building and maintaining branch applications.

Inventory system developed for tracking server inventories in data centers in US and Canada. Developed using ASP.NET, Sharepoint, and SQL 2008. Integrates directly with another system (Aperture), and bills directly out to billing dept (server CPUs). Reporting reflects inventories with various filtering, using Excel and SQL Reporting Services hosted in Sharepoint.Volume Forecasting system developed to forecast following year’s billing rates by service (email, laptop usage, server CPUs, etc). Users review and edit yearly forecasts for individual applications in their business and submit. Directly correlates to rate setting for the next year. ASP.NET, Sharepoint, SQL08.Reporting tool developed to report on monthly Actual charges for each individual business and product/service line across North America. Users build on-the-fly customizable reports by setting various filters that suit their needs, and either run the report once, or save for later. Reports are exported to MS Excel, where they can be manipulated further. Relied upon as “One Stop Shop” for Actuals reporting across US. ASP.NET, Sharepoint, SQL08, Excel, SQL Analysis Services.

Developed internal and customer-used software and hardware systems, and maintain their accounts. Designed and developed ASP/SQL driven websites for internal use (server asset management, network IP database). Set up large Citrix server farms for multiple clients, and software installs and updates through Group Policy and some Active Dir admin.
