Project Manager, Business Developer and Product Development at parametric & modular timber-frame housing company Sustainer Homes. Part of SH's energetic team of architects, engineers and parametric designers in its journey from young and inexperienced start-up team to grown-up company applying its cutting edge fully circular buildings system to large scale housing projects, box-in-box redevelopments and multi-story buildings. Currently, I am leading our effort in product development for rail infra, applying our expertise of modular construction to the development of a biobased housing for rail infra installations. Besides that I am focusing on business development and project management. Previously, I've guided the technical design and construction of 15+ consumer houses to a successful end in the midst of start-up turmoil type product development. I really enjoyed aligning the expertise of carpenters and parametric designers to create the best building system solutions possible. Above all, I like to be an avid part of Sustainer Homes' company culture, by focusing on its sustainable roots, on interdepartmental relations and, every now and then, speculating on our company's future through a piece of in-company journalism.

Stone Soup is a participatory community of enthusiasts, makers and doers bound by a shared passion for the application of Experience Design to life, profession and societal impact. The community is concentrated around 3 to 4-day Experience Design Conferences that serve as a participatory platform for skills sharing, co-design and experimentation of new ideas. It's usually frequented by professionals and non-professionals from the fields of Experience Design, Storytelling, Facilitation, Service Design, Consultancy, Business, Art but also Molecular Science, Computer Science and Quantum Physics. The non-profit is completely founded on decentralized and cocreational principles. I've heavily contributed to the initiation and organization of most of the conferences and the establishment of the overarching organization.

Head of board of the debating & cultural association (1500 members) of KSV Sanctus Virgilius related to the University of Technology in Delft, the Netherlands. Throughout the years several events are organized and/or supported to the support of culturally broadening and intellectually deepening the skills and experiences of our members. The events range from debates, expert talks, cultural excursions, cultural festivals to artistic workshops.
